How much does delivery cost and How long does it take?

Standard UK delivery 2-3 days is £3.99
Express UK Delivery next days is £6.95
Europe Delivery can take upto 7 days is £6.95
ROW can take upto 14 days is £10.99  

We use Royal Mail first class trackable recorded delivery.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes but only in the UK

What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?

The Delivery company will leave you a note to say they tried to deliver and when they will try to redeliver the parcel. In some cases they might leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place on the property. If you have any special instructions please include these at the time of ordering.

Will a signature be needed for my delivery?

Yes, we always send your parcels with recorded delivery so a signature is required.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with the tracking code which helps you to track the progress of your parcel. If you have any problems please email


How long do I have to return items?

You have 14 days to return the item to us from the date you received it.

You can pay for your order via Credit/ Debit Card using SagePay secure system or PayPal.

Why am I being asked for another password after entering my card details?

Some Banks ask for additional security information before processing a payment. This is normal and for your own safety.
